Harvin is orignally from Orangeburg SC but she calls Lexington home. She graduated from Midlands Technical College in 2011 and has been practicing Dental Hygiene ever since, When she is not educating patients about their oral heath and providing meticulous care, you can find her on Lake Murray with a fishing pole in hand. Harvin enjoys spending time with her spouse, family and friends and occasionally brushing up on her “green thumb” skills.
Insurance and Financial Coordinator
Sam has training in front office and dental/medical management. Her expertise is in filing medical and dental insurance She has furthered her education through the Rose Nierman school, thus helping her her assist our patients with filing out their claims with their medical insurance.
Patient Coordinator and Scheduling
Originally from Maryland, Kathy has called Columbia home for the last twenty years. Her extensive career experience and training in the dental/medical profession, allow her to be the perfect patient coordinator. Her primary role in the office is to help our patients with all of their scheduling needs.
Cheri Nordstrom, RDH
An Oklahoma native, Cheri spent the first part of her career working and living wherever her late husband’s Air Force career took them (Colorado, Texas, Germany, and Sumter) Prior to joining our office, she was employed as a hygienist for twenty three years at the Palmetto Health Richland residency program. In fact, she was on staff when Dr. Causey was a resident with the program.
Angela R. Caraway
Angela was born and raised in Charlotte NC. She attended Western Carolina University, as well as, Midlands Technical College. She has been a dental assistant for the past 20 years and has furthered her education to become an expanded duties dental assistant with experience in Pediatrics, General Dentistry and Periodontics.
Katie was born in Connecticut and moved to South Carolina in 2015. She attended Chapin High School and received her dental assistant degree from Carolina Career School. She has experience in pediatrics, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
